4. Will there be a physical voucher?

No, we believe in saving the environment--which is why we issue  only e-gift cards rather than physical gift cards. Plus, we can send it to you in a few minutes, something not possible with the latter option.

6. Should the entire value of the Luxe e-Gift Card must be redeemed at once?

Each Luxe e-Gift card can be used only once. Balance amount will not be carried forward.

7. Does Luxe e-Gift card needs to be activated before use?

Yes, to activate your Luxe e-Gift card, send an SMS ACT<space>16-digit Card Number<space>6 digit card PIN to 9704200300. Your Gift card will be activated instantly and can be redeemed now.

8. How can I check the balance of my card?

To check the balance of your Luxe e-Gift card, send an SMS BAL<space>16-digit card number to 9704200300.

9. Can E-Gift Cards be recharged after purchase?

No, E-gift cards cannot be recharged or re-loaded.

10. Does Luxe e- Gift Card have an expiry date?

Luxe E-Gift Cards have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

11. How many Gift Cards can I order in one purchase?

You can order upto 10 gift cards in one purchase.
